Category: Let's talk
Ok, so myself and Lizzy just found out about a week ago that we are going to have a baby! *big smiles* We are both really happy. What we would like you guys to do is to suggest names for us! Its just a bit of a laugh! Suggest as many times as you like and no restrictions on girl or boy, we dont know that one yet! Lets see what you can all come up with!
Take care
James, Lizzy and baby!!
Sarah, Emily, Amy, Maria after me or Hermione lol jk.
I've found nothing wrong with the name Ather! afterall, it's the name of everyone's favorite CL!
Well, I dont know why but I like the name Brandon, or Charlene lol, or James Jnr, or Sean, or Nicole, or Paul, or Amanda
Sirius for a boy bc i love harry potter! a girls name? hmmm Alexandra/Alexis ...
Hmmm how about amelia, amber, samantha, or Krista for a girl. For a boy, Cameron, andrew, nathan, Jonathan, Alex, Christian.
Thanks guys for all your replys. Keep them coming!
Well...let's see. There are several names I can like but I'll just name some off the top of my head that I can think of. For names separated by a slash, I like both the full name and the nickname. Girls: Mary, Katherine, Betsy, Molly, Tiffany, Amanda/Mandy, Natalie, Cammy, Miranda, Stephanie, Amy, . I have a bit more of a difficult time with boys but here are some of the names I like: Benjamin/Ben, Matthew/Matt, Grant, Steven/Steve, Graham, Spencer
Martin, Peter, Michael, Andrew, Cory, Shawn
Amber, Katie, Jenny, Rosie, Ruthie, Natalie, Stacy, Tiffany, Ashley
I know I've already posted but I've always loved names...I know it's a little weird. But here are more I like: Stacey, Kate, Katie, Madison/Maddie/Maddy, Madeline (could use the same nicknames), Maya, Kimberly, Desiree, Genevieve, Elise, Phoebe, Lindsay, haha just kidding, that's my name
I love the name Darius an of course Siobhan too. Not sure about other girls or boys names.
david nicholas anna mary kimberly vanessa jeremiah allen
Christopher, Kyle, Jeff, Steven, Alex, Henry for the boys. Fopr the girls Candice, Kim, Jackie, Kelsi, April, and um Elizabeth. There's some ideas for yall and congradluations by the way.
well, of course the first thing to do on these ocasions is to wish the expecting couple many congratulations in getting as far as you have, especially to you james, i didn't know you had the led in your pencil! hehehe. also to wish you guy's all the luck over the next few months. pregnancy can have it's ups and downs and then there's the birth. a long way to go yet before we have the head of a bouncing baby grunshaw to wet! so all the luck in the world to the both of you for that.
as for names how about naming your first born in my honour? sexy grunshaw or intelligent grunshaw should suffice! hehehehe. seriously i have no idea. all that i do ask is that you don't follow the leed of pop stars and other asorted celebraties and start calling your kids rediculous things. i'd hate to think that a few years down the line lizzy gives birth to your fifth child yet it seems more like she's been systematically dropping the contense of a fruit salad! apple, banana, orange etc. lol.
anyway, good luck with it. call it what you like though, i have no clue! hehehe.
hay lizzy james, well done.
all the names are good. but every one has to remember that it has to go with james's last name grunshore and i doubt i spelt that write sorry lol. but how about rebecka

I also like the names Zechariah and Solomon, I love biblical names! there are so many neat names in the Bible. Hezikiah, Jeremiah, Isacc, Isaiah, etc.
whatever you do, don't name your kid Jessica...that's my name andit's too popular!! unless you spell it differently, like Jessikah. I also like Tristan for either a boy or a girl but probably a boy, Natasha, Tenicia
Remember the little person may be given a hard time at school if the name is unusual.

Ok, i've developed a database now for all the names so as you think of them you can update the database and also see who has suggested what. You can find it here. If for some reason you cannot click that link, go to www.grunshaw.com and click on "Suggest a baby name". I'd really apppriciate it if you would all do that! It also gives me a chance to develope my database and learn some new code! *smiles*. Please continue to suggest here also!
Thanks and keep up the good suggestions

Post 100...Congratulations to you both, I must say. I quite like the idea of a James jr. But especially for the guys your Johns, Daves, Patricks, Steves, Jays, and similar for girls, make good names, because no matter what the last name, it works.
Congrats to you both!
